Last year someone posted a list of jourmnaling they had done and in each book she had. This seems like a great idea for us to do and share. Not everyone has great imaginations and your art would help but I would think it would be good if they would put their own bits of their own to make it not a copy.

Just picked up a set of metallic in clearance at Office Depot for $.45 for a5 darker colors and the other set was $.75 for vivid colors. Great, huh? Also got alphabet stickers. When my tremors are bad I use stickers. Helps me.

Re hand lettering...several good tutorials on Rachael WoJo journaling site and sometimes I use sticker labels or just copy others. I have some pages of examples. If I can locate where from can I post on here?

Love metallics!! I'll have to look for those I'm thinking of writing a post on bible journaling with the Dollar Tree. There are so many great finds at the DT that will work for bible journaling and like you said not cost a bunch of $$.

I've seen a few good examples using washi. Edging each page or the beginning of each book has been done. I've only used super skinny washi on my Romans 12:2 page for stems on my flowers (above). My sister has made some washi feathers and added them into her bible on one of her pages. I'll ask her if I can post it.

I'm not too adept and the hand lettering although I'd love to learn!!! I just wonder if it something that can be learned?? If not I could always go with tracing :D

Can you suggest ways to use Washi Scotch Brand Tape? Can you edge your pages with it easily to mark where journaling is or is this not recommended? I am using my Bible also for notes and hand journaling also. I love your all art work. Thanks.

I have found a set of metallic super gel pens that are awesome. Even has a gold one. There 8 pens to a set. They are called Scribble Stuff Metallic super gel pens by MEGA brands international and say Ma
ttel Sales Corp. also. I think I got them at either Dollar General or Meijer store. Not expensive. Do not bleed and smooth to use.

I wish we had the back yard space to do this. Our back yard is in need of some drainage issues. We have our raised garden beds, but they aren't nearly as cool as your almost accidental pumpkins!

Great idea! This year and last, our garden seems to only feed the local wildlife - deer, bunnies and squirrels. They get everything before we can pick it. I think I'll try your idea next year!

Wow! That is so cool. I've been wanting to try starting a vegetable or herb garden, but I am a bit intimidated. The previous homeowners planted some flowers that I am still trying to figure out how to maintain. LOL. You've given me something to think about.
